Three ways to achieve my goal.
1. to focus on TC.
2. don't day dream.
3. don't look around the room.

what did i do well? i spoke clearly
what did i learn? that sharks have the strongest jaws on earth.

I want to be more........ persistent. i was persistent because i always tried my best when i was practising for the cross country i got better and better.
